Q: When do I order?All orders must be submitted by Thurday at Midnight for meals for the following week.

Q: Can I pickup my order?Pick-up is Sunday at 3pm at our St. Paul location ​St. Paul (pick-up): 1539 5th Ave S, South St. Paul, MN 55075 Sunday: 3PM to 3:15PM Or you can choose from our drop sites: Max Muscle Nutrition 783 Radio Drive suite 104 Woodbury, MN 55152 Riverfront Athletic Club 109 2nd street Hudson, WI 54016

Q: Do you offer home delivery?We deliver within a 15 mile radius of our St. Paul Kitchen. Delivery is on Mondays between 9:00 a.m and 2:00 p.m. If you're not going to be home please leave a cooler with ice packs out and we will place your order in there. Health Junkie is not responsible for orders left outside that spoil or are stolen.​ We do charge a $15 delivery fee.

Q: What is the nutrition content of your meals?A: The majority of our meals fall between 400 and 500 calories. They contain approximately 4 oz of protein, 5 oz of carbohydrates and 3 oz of vegetables.

Q: How long are your meals good for?A: We do not recommend consuming our meals past the 6th day.

Q: How do I reheat your meals?A: Just crack the lid and microwave for about 1-2 minutes or until warm. For family meals, preheat oven to 350 and heat until warm.

Q: Are your containers recyclable?A: The containers we use are #5 plastic. Whole Foods collects #5 plastic, through their Gimme 5 program, and sends it to recycling centers. You can either drop off at one of their locations or return the containers to us and we will recycle them for you.

Q: Are your meals customizable?If you are on a specific diet (paleo, keto, etc.) we offer a bulk menu by the pound with different customizations.

Q: Keto DietOrder off of our bulk menu or order from the weekly menu and request no carbs extra vegetable.

Q: What does (RD) mean?Any meal with (RD) after it falls under guidelines used by registered dietitians. The dietitian we work with is https://www.autumnenloe.com Autumn's recommended guidelines per meal are: At least 30 grams of protein 45 grams or less for carbs No more than 10-15 grams of fat 500 calories or less
